Flexius does not require account creation and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.

All user data, including:

• App preferences
• Stretch routines
• Streaks and usage progress

is stored locally on your device only using on-device storage. This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

2. Health & Fitness Information

Flexius may store information related to your stretch routines and activity progress. This data is used solely to provide app functionality.

• This data is not medical or health record data
• This data is not shared, transmitted, or stored externally
• All such data remains locally on your device

3. Subscription & Purchase Data

Flexius offers optional premium subscriptions. All payments are processed by the platform provider:

• Apple App Store

We do not collect, access, or store:

• Payment information
• Credit card details
• Billing addresses

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat may process a non-personal identifier to verify your subscription entitlement. No personally identifiable information is shared with RevenueCat. RevenueCat does not use this data for advertising or tracking purposes.

4. Analytics & Tracking

Flexius does not use:

• Analytics tools
• Advertising SDKs
• Tracking technologies

We do not track:

• User behavior across apps
• Location data
• Device usage patterns

5. Data Storage & Retention

All app data is stored locally on your device.

• We do not maintain servers or databases of user data
• We do not retain any personal or usage data externally
• If you delete the app, all stored data is permanently removed.

6. Data Sharing

We do not:

• Sell user data
• Share user data with advertisers
• Share personal data with third parties

The only third-party service used is RevenueCat for subscription validation, which processes minimal, non-personal data as described above.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Since Flexius does not collect or store personal data on external systems:

• There is no personal data for us to access, modify, or delete
• All data remains under your control on your device
• If you uninstall the app, all associated data is deleted.

8. Data Security

Because all data is stored locally on your device and not transmitted externally, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We do not transmit or store data on external servers.

9. Children's Privacy

Flexius is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Users

Flexius can be used worldwide. Since no personal data is collected or transferred, no cross-border data processing occurs.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last Updated” date within the app.
