By downloading, installing, or using Flexius (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using Flexius, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. License to Use the App
Flexius grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Flexius.
4. Description of Service
Flexius is a stretching and flexibility app designed to help users build a daily stretching habit.
Features may include:
- Guided routines
- Streak tracking
- Saved routines
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Flexius offers optional premium subscriptions. Payments are processed through:
- Apple App Store
By purchasing a subscription:
- Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device account settings. We do not handle billing directly and cannot issue refunds. All billing issues must be directed to Apple. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.
6. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Flexius is intended for general fitness and wellness purposes only.
- The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program
- Use of the App is at your own risk
Flexius is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from use of the App.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by Flexius and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flexius shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or use
- Injuries or damages resulting from use of the App
Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
10. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from the App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Flexius, not Apple
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
